Assistant Manager - Corporate Services (German Speaker) We are seeking an experienced professional to manage corporate services for our clients in Luxembourg.
Managing a portfolio of clients and all aspects of corporate administration of domiciled companies. Preparing legal documents for standard corporate administration (approval of annual accounts, transfer of seat, change of managers‑directors, etc.). Updating registers (shares, PECs, CPECs, etc.).
Tracking and checking documents (legislation, signatures, etc.). Organizing board/shareholders meetings and drafting related documentation (minutes, proxies, convening notices, powers of attorney, etc.). Liaising with banks, Luxembourg administrations, notaries, ministry of foreign affairs.
Your Profile Successfully passed an academic degree in law. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position. Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is an asset. Well organized, rigorous, and possessing good communication skills. Dynamic and proactive.
