We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our Corporate practice at our Stuttgart office. Your role You’ll advise supervisory boards on key corporate governance matters, particularly in connection with changes to the management board and on liability issues, as well as on strategic cooperations and transactions.
Matters recently handled by Gleiss Lutz in this context include the following: Advising supervisory boards on management board changes , for example at Porsche, Bayer and ZF Friedrichshafen Advising on and conducting investigations into management board liability , for example at Volkswagen Advising supervisory boards on cooperations and transactions , for example Daimler Truck and Volkswagen in connection with Rivian and XPeng.
