For our offices in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, Germany, we are hiring Attorneys-at-law (m/f/d) in the field of Corporate/M&A We have an extensive track record of advising major Japanese and non-Japanese companies on cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions across the globe.
You will work closely with our partners, counsels and associates in Germany, Japan and Southeast Asia. You have a proven interest in Japan, are qualified as attorney-at-law in an EU member state, and possess outstanding academic credentials as well as excellent English skills. The ability to communicate in Japanese is beneficial, but not required.
