Starting immediately, Full-time with 40 hours peer week Basler is an international leader and experienced expert in computer vision. You will work closely with our international subsidiaries as well as the Finance and Accounting departments.

Contributing to the preparation, analysis, and further development of monthly management reporting at the group level Supporting planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business units Conducting target/actual comparisons, variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations Supporting the preparation of profitability analyses and decision‑making bases Collaborating on the further development and standardization of controlling processes, reporting structures, and KPIs in an international environment Close collaboration with subsidiaries as well as the Finance, Accounting, and other functional departments Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements from a controlling perspective Maintenance, preparation, and quality assurance of relevant financial and management data Collaboration on projects in the areas of finance, performance management, and process optimization Your qualifications A degree in economics (e.g., business administration, economics) or a comparable qualification Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling or as a finance business partner, ideally at an international industrial company In-depth knowledge of planning and forecasting, as well as profitability and margin analysis Excellent analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with numbers Strong business partner mindset with the ability to present complex issues in a way that is tailored to the audience and to communicate them persuasively Good German and very good English skills SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus What we offer We have a clear vision of the direction we want to take, but it is up to the individual teams to decide how they get there.
