Corporate Governance & Transformation Specialist Legal, EMEA (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities • Support corporate governance and entity management activities across EMEA legal entities, including corporate housekeeping, board and shareholder matters, and corporate structure changes • Coordinate and support regional Power of Attorney (PoA) and Delegation of Authority (DoA) processes, ensuring alignment with local and regional requirements • Contribute to strategic transformation and governance harmonization initiatives, helping to drive simplification, standardization, and operational excellence across the EMEA region • Analyze, optimize, and standardize governance-related processes, translating global frameworks into practical solutions that reflect regional and local requirements • Drive the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of governance-related tools, databases, workflows, and digital solutions, including the use of automation and low-code technologies • Develop and maintain governance, project, litigation, and corporate administration reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision-making • Support legal spend reporting and budget oversight activities, including external counsel cost tracking and analysis • Coordinate the rollout of governance frameworks across EMEA, including the preparation of templates, training materials, communications, and stakeholder enablement activities • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, HR, and external advisers to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistency across the regional governance framework Your qualification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Law, or a related discipline • At least 3 years of experience in project management, governance, legal operations, business operations, process improvement, or a similar field within an international environment • Experience in corporate governance, entity management, legal operations, process optimization, or digital transformation is highly desirable • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex governance and regulatory requirements into practical business solutions • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, workflow, reporting, or automation tools is an advantage • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution • Fluent English language skills; German and additional European languages are a plus • High level of integrity, ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to governance and compliance standards Your benefits • Flexible working hours, remote work possible (up to 40%) • 30 days of holidays per year • Modern office and an inspiring working environment • Employee restaurant with live cooking and healthy food (subsidized) • Public transport ticket (100 % subsidized) or free parking space • Company sport groups and an inhouse company gym • Employee Assistance Program to support your health, mental and emotional well‑being • A comprehensive company pension scheme • Company medical officer and vaccination offers • Childcare through our ‘Buttje&Deern’ partner • Bike leasing About Olympus At Olympus, we are committed to Our Purpose of making people’s lives healthier, safer and more fulfilling.
