To start shortly, we are currently seeking a
CORPORATE LAWYER (M/F/D)
You will be responsible for
• Provide comprehensive legal advice as a corporate lawyer and generalist
• Handle a broad range of legal matters arising within a research and development environment
• Support business units and act as a trusted legal partner for all departments on legal issues
• Focus areas are labor law and contract law, while also covering areas such as intellectual property, IT law, licensing, R&D agreements, corporate law
• Represent the company in court in matters
• Respond flexibly to changes in the company’s strategic direction and consequently to new priorities in the relevant areas of work
• Draft legal opinions and prepare, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents in German and English language (e.g. employment contracts, NDAs, license agreements, development agreements, cooperation agreements)
• Collaborate with external lawyers and partners
Who we are looking for
• Fully qualified lawyer
• Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant professional experience in labor law or in the automotive industry
• Excellent understanding of business contexts and the ability to deliver practical legal advice; interest in technical matters and processes
• Experience working in complex, multinational corporate environments and the ability to balance legal risks with business needs
• High level of independence, initiative, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-legal stakeholders and to influence internal and external partners, including legal advisors
• High level of intercultural competence; experience working with Asian cultures is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to apply precise legal terminology
