In Nachhilfeunterricht we are continuing to grow and are looking to add a trainer specialized in leadership skills to our team, with a passion for corporate training and a strong commitment to supporting participants’ professional development.
Design and facilitate sessions on leadership, communication, team management, negotiation, and time management. Benefits Compensation: Competitive rates between 20€ and 40€ per hour . Adapt content and approach according to the client’s objectives and participants’ profiles. Ability to adapt content to different levels and industries.
No specific degree is required — your professional experience is what we value. Flexibility: Complete control over your schedule and training locations. Modality: In-person sessions (local pitches/parks) or online technical theory. Autonomy: Independence to organize your own training programs and client base.
