As Corporate Office Senior Lead (m/f/d) you will efficiently manage the day‑to‑day business of the Executive Management advising them on strategic questions and facilitating important company initiatives with the Senior Leadership team Briefing preparation for external and internal meetings of the Executive Management in collaboration with relevant business units Active agenda management, preparation and follow‑up of Executive Management meetings Responsibility for the preparation of presentations and documents for Board of Directors meetings Independent analysis of business cases and reports to advise the Executive Management Providing cross‑functional context for the leadership team and ensuring effective information flows Calendar management and schedule alignment in coordination with Executive Assistants Facilitation of cross‑departmental strategic projects and company initiatives Requirements Please note: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Germany .
