This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and working within a close knit, high performing team.The RoleYou will play a key role in the continued development and expansion of the Corporate department.

Work will include:Managing a varied caseload of corporate mattersActing on share and asset acquisitions and disposalsDrafting and negotiating shareholder agreementsAdvising on commercial contractsPreparing partnership and LLP agreementsSupporting clients with bank funding and finance documentationBuilding strong relationships with clients and introducersDelivering clear, straightforward and commercially focused adviceHow You Will Make an ImpactDeveloping trusted relationships with clients and referrersProviding outstanding communication and client serviceContributing to the firm's growth through quality work and relationship buildingUpholding the firm's values and communication standardsWhat Will Be Expected of YouAbility to work autonomously within a supportive frameworkStrong communication skills with clients and colleaguesCommitment to delivering high quality, pragmatic adviceWillingness to contribute to a collaborative, energetic team cultureWho You Will Work WithYou will join a boutique commercial team of eight, working closely with colleagues across Corporate, Real Estate, Commercial and Employment.
