Discounts on fitness clubs, public transport and bicycle leasing (JobRad). Manager Corporate Facilities – Hamburg We are looking for an experienced facilities manager to oversee the operations of our Hamburg site, ensuring safe, compliant and inspiring workplaces for our employees and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company standards. Act as primary point of contact for facilities topics, including footprint changes, security, BCP, business services and design, construction, standards and maintenance. Qualifications Business, Facilities or Engineering degree.
Minimum 7 years experience in facility management or construction project management in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, building services and compliance driven environments. Ability to balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term strategic objectives and projects.
Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative leadership style. Very good knowledge of IT systems (MS Office and other corporate tools). Fluent German and English (written and spoken). Preferred: German FM certificate, IFMA CFM, Fachwirt FM, GEFMA or equivalent.
