Scope The Industrials team at Houlihan Lokey are looking to add a Financial Analyst in Frankfurt. Teamwork is essential to the firm’s success.

Fluency in German and English required (verbal and written) Strong Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 1 year of full-time experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) preferred, or otherwise Transactions Services consulting or corporate development Experience in executing sell-side transactions Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory Excellent understanding of financial statements analysis with the ability to work through key assumptions, implicit caveats, and limitations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with team members Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a highly organised manner An independent, solutions-focused mind-set An exceptional work ethic We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
