You will lead a high-performing team, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of a business at the intersection of banking and digital assets. /p h3Your main responsibilities /h3 ulliOwn and grow Sygnum’s corporate client business across key client segments, and help shape our market positioning across the digital asset ecosystem, including crypto foundations, DLT projects and other crypto-native institutions /liliLead, mentor and scale a high-performing corporate client team across sales, client coverage and solutions /liliDevelop and execute the corporate client strategy in close partnership with the Chief Clients Officer /liliBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across key clients and prospects in Switzerland and across Sygnum’s international footprint /liliWork closely with Asset Management, custody, lending and trading teams to deliver the best possible solutions for corporate clients /liliEnsure alignment with FINMA requirements and Sygnum’s risk and compliance framework, while championing a trusted and well-governed approach to digital asset banking /liliRepresent Sygnum at relevant industry forums, conferences and regulatory engagements in the digital asset space /liliLead and further strengthen the client onboarding process in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Operations /liliUse AI-enabled insights, such as client intelligence and pipeline analytics, to prioritise outreach, improve coverage quality and scale personalised client engagement /liliStay close to market, product and regulatory developments, and build a strong network across the digital asset ecosystem /li /ul h3Our Ideal Candidate: /h3 ulli10+ years of experience in corporate banking, ideally gained within a Swiss-regulated bank or a major international financial institution /liliA strong track record of building and managing corporate client relationships with measurable commercial impact.

Previous people leadership experience with Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers would be an advantage /liliStrong understanding of digital assets and blockchain, or the curiosity and drive to build this expertise quickly /liliAn established network and strong relationships across the digital assets ecosystem would be a strong advantage /liliSolid familiarity with Swiss banking regulation, including FINMA requirements and AML/KYC standards relevant to corporate client relationships /liliStrong interpersonal credibility and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across crypto-native organisations /liliComfortable using AI and data-driven insights to support client development, research and decision-making /liliAn entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, innovation-led environment /liliFluency in English is essential; German and/or French would be an advantage. /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 pSygnum offers a comprehensive package of benefits for all team members.
