Working closely with senior leadership and the Executive Leadership Team, you develop and drive our Corporate Communications and Employer Branding strategy, translate complex business topics into clear and engaging messages, and ensure effective implementation across internal and external channels.Your role with us as Head of Corporate Communications & Employer Branding (m/f/d)Leading and developing our international Corporate Communications & Employer Branding team by setting direction, strengthening collaboration, and enabling people to growShaping and driving the international Corporate Communications and Employer Branding strategy in close alignment with business priorities and the leadership teamActing as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and the Executive Leadership Team and translating complex topics into clear and engaging messagesOverseeing internal and external communications, Employer Branding, leadership communications, employee engagement, and strategic communication campaigns across the organizationTaking a hands-on role in creating content and driving communication projects and campaigns from strategy through to executionMeasuring and evaluating the impact of Corporate Communications and Employer Branding activities and using insights to continuously improve our approachHow do you ensure that every project is a success?At CWS Hygiene, we value not only professional skills but also cultural fit.
