Your tasks are: Gain practical experience working at the intersection of corporate strategy, cultural development, and data analysis Design, communicate, and implement events, workshops, and engagement formats that support organizational culture initiatives Analyze culture-related KPIs and prepare data, metrics, and insights to measure and evaluate success Support the scaling of key strategic topics to ensure their sustainable integration across the organization Create presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for management and various stakeholder groups Participating in cultural transformation initiatives while further developing strategic expertise and gaining valuable insights into modern culture and change management practices Behind the scenes Become part of our dedicated team!
