Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and install secure messaging and Secure PIM solutions, ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITIL guidelines.
Monitor an open‑source platform (Matrix, Secure PIM) and manage backend changes. Provide 2nd‑level support, incident and change management, and perform complex fault analysis. Maintain and update technical documentation. Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments.
Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience with enterprise messaging/Mobile/Enterprise Mobility solutions. Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Experience with IT service management and requirements analysis. Familiarity with open‑source protocols (Matrix) or Secure PIM a plus. Technical skills in Python, SQL and Prometheus are desirable.
Good communication skills, structured, solution‑oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken). Relevant education in business, IT, or similar. Home‑office arrangement with possibility for remote work.
