Your Role Advise & support: support the German, Swiss and US corporate teams in structuring and negotiating national and international VC financings, M&A deals, and other corporate actions for high‑growth startups, established tech companies, and investors.

Automate & innovate: work with the product and tech team to transform corporate housekeeping and transactions through legal innovation. Collaborate: work closely with the German team, the Swiss VC and M&A practices, and the tech team – integrated across offices and borders.

We are looking for a hungry & driven junior commercial & corporate lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist\*in or Anwält\*in) that is eager to learn and shape how law is practiced in the future. Who You Are Qualified commercial lawyer in Germany (Wirtschaftsjurist\*in or Anwält\*in). 1‑3 years of professional experience in corporate law.

Excellent communication skills (English and German fluency required). Ability to simplify, standardize, and automate complex processes. Enthusiasm for legal tech and innovative approaches to delivering legal services. Impactful work for cutting‑edge tech companies and investors in a high‑growth and global environment.
