Some of the things you’ll be doing Supported international corporate clients in legal and corporate administration matters throughout the lifecycle of German entities. Acted as a point of contact for international clients, providing professional support and coordinating legal and administrative requests in a multicultural environment.

Reported directly to the Business Unit Manager – Corporate Clients and contributed to the efficient delivery of client services within an international business environment.

First relevant professional experience gained in an international company, commercial law firm, tax advisory, or auditing firm Sound knowledge of German corporate and commercial law, with the ability to apply legal principles in a business environment Basic understanding of accounting principles (HGB) and financial reporting processes; familiarity with IFRS is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a proactive, hands‑on mindset and a high level of personal initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional and international teams Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr Internal Job Title: Associate Client Legal Administrator Location: Frankfurt, Germany Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Work Arrangement: Hybrid working model, with increased on-site presence during the onboarding and settling-in period to support a smooth transition Salary range: €50,000 – €58,000 gross per year The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender‑neutral compensation framework If you want to contribute to a global success story, CSC is the perfect place for you.

Reviewed and analysed corporate documentation, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable legal standards.

Assisted in the incorporation, organisation, and ongoing administration of German companies, ensuring compliance with German corporate law and statutory obligations. Coordinated corporate housekeeping activities, including the preparation of corporate documentation, maintenance of statutory records, and monitoring of filing deadlines.

Supported accounting and administrative processes by liaising with internal departments, external advisors, and public authorities. Worked closely with tax advisors, auditors, notaries, and legal professionals to facilitate corporate governance and compliance processes.
