The following challenges await you: You will join the newly established Corporate Development function as a key sparring partner, shaping the long-term strategic direction of Heraeus Convantics through 2035.From day one, you will engage with both CEOs and the Leadership Team on the questions that matter most: where to grow, where to focus, which new business fields to build, and how to position the company in a changing market environment.In this role, you will take topics end-to-end – from structuring and analyzing complex problems & trends to translating findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
