Your Tasks
Develop public relations and corporate communications strategies and plans in line with the strategic goals of the company and departmental objectives
Lead the creation and implementation of global campaigns aimed at raising awareness on hearing loss and hearing implants
Oversee digital communication platforms and channels within the scope of PR and Corporate Communications
Lead the creation of internal and external communications relating to MED-EL's sustainability efforts
Professional and disciplinary leadership, development, and mentoring of the Corporate Communications & PR team members
Your Profile
Completed Master´s degree (Uni/FH) in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a related field
Several years of experience in the field of PR and corporate communications including the implementing of PR campaigns, corporate communication strategies, and related initiatives
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, intercultural awareness and strong problem-solving abilities
