That means that we are responsible for public relations, corporate communications, consumer and referral engagement, brand awareness, and public affairs. • Develop public relations and corporate communications strategies and plans in line with the strategic goals of the company and departmental objectives • Lead the creation and implementation of global campaigns aimed at raising awareness on hearing loss and hearing implants • Oversee digital communication platforms and channels within the scope of PR and Corporate Communications • Lead the creation of internal and external communications relating to MED-EL's sustainability efforts • Professional and disciplinary leadership, development, and mentoring of the Corporate Communications & PR team members • Completed Master´s degree (Uni/FH) in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a related field • Several years of experience in the field of PR and corporate communications including the implementing of PR campaigns, xayajpt corporate communication strategies, and related initiatives • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage • Excellent interpersonal skills, intercultural awareness and strong problem-solving abilities • Accident Insurance • Central Location • Employee Discounts • International Environment • Onboarding • Workplace Well-Being Minimum Salary Annual gross salary from € 54,882.18, based on professional qualification and experience.
