You work closely with our MA, corporate finance, and tax practice groups, ensuring the full legal integrity of high-value transactions, corporate acts, and private arrangements. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pbNotarial Practice /b /pulliAuthenticate and certify legal documents, deeds, contracts, and declarations in your capacity as licensed Swiss notary /liliDraft and execute public deeds for real estate transfers, company formations, capital increases, amendments to articles of association, and shareholder agreements /liliFormalize succession-related notarial acts, including wills, inheritance contracts, advance directives, and marriage contracts /liliAdvise on and execute notarial aspects of MA transactions, including share transfer deeds requiring public deed form /liliManage filings and coordinate with commercial registries, land registries, and public authorities /liliEnsure full compliance with cantonal notarial regulations, professional secrecy obligations, and anti-money laundering requirements /li /ulpbCorporate Law /b /pulliAdvise on company formations, restructurings, mergers, demergers, and governance matters /liliDraft and review shareholder agreements, voting agreements, and corporate by-laws /liliSupport MA and private equity transactions from a corporate structuring and deed-execution perspective /liliAdvise on capital measures including capital increases, reductions, and convertible instruments /liliAssist with cross-border corporate structures in close coordination with tax and MA colleagues /li /ulpbClient Relationship Business Development /b /pulliCultivate and expand long-term client relationships through proactive, high-quality service /liliIdentify cross-selling opportunities across the firm’s practice areas /liliContribute to thought leadership through articles, webinars, and representation at industry events /liliMentor junior lawyers and trainees, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing /liliActively use AI-driven legal tools and contribute to the firm’s ongoing innovation agenda /li /ulh3Performance Indicators /h3ulliMandate acquisition in notarial and corporate practice areas /liliCross-selling contribution across firm practice groups /liliBillable hours targets /liliClient satisfaction and retention /liliMarketing activities: newsletters, events, publications, and digital content /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pbEducation /b /pulliNotarial qualification (Notariatspatent) in at least one Swiss canton — mandatory /liliExcellent academic credentials; additional qualifications in corporate law or tax are a strong asset /li /ulpbProfessional Experience /b /pulli7 to 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a notarial practice, law firm, or in-house legal function /liliDemonstrated track record of executing complex notarial mandates and corporate transactions independently /liliExposure to MA, private equity, or family office matters is a significant advantage /li /ulpbLanguages /b /pulliGerman — stylistically confident, legally precise written and spoken expression (mandatory) /liliEnglish — stylistically confident, professionally fluent (mandatory) /liliFrench, Italian, or further languages are an asset /liliHigh integrity, professional credibility, and absolute discretion /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mentality /liliStructured, precise, and solution-oriented working style /liliResilient and self-driven under pressure, with a high degree of personal accountability /liliCollaborative team player with an inclusive and supportive leadership approach /liliEntrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and growing a practice /liliCharismatic and confident, with the ability to represent the firm at events and forums /li /ulh3 What we offer Partners /h3pbEntrepreneurial approach: /b Build and lead your practice — with full strategic autonomy.
