Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of corporate catering events, from initial client inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Conduct detailed consultations with corporate clients to understand their event requirements, dietary needs, and budget.
• Develop customized menu proposals and event plans, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams and logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate event execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for each catering engagement.
• Source and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Utilize virtual communication and project management tools to effectively manage events and client communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering sales, event coordination, or event management, with a focus on corporate clients.
