Remote Corporate Sanitation Program Manager

About the Role

Our client, a multinational corporation with a significant global presence, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Remote Corporate Sanitation Program Manager. This fully remote role is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive sanitation programs across all corporate office locations worldwide. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for employees by establishing and enforcing best practices in cleaning, hygiene, and waste management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate facilities management or public health, a strong understanding of international sanitation standards, and the ability to manage projects and stakeholders remotely.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a data-driven approach, and the capacity to influence operational teams across different regions through digital communication and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement standardized corporate sanitation and hygiene policies and procedures applicable to all office locations. Oversee the execution of cleaning and sanitation services globally, ensuring consistency and quality. Develop and manage budgets for sanitation programs, including supply procurement and vendor management. Conduct remote audits and assessments of office facilities to evaluate compliance with established standards and regulations. Collaborate with regional facilities managers and site leads to address specific sanitation needs and challenges. Develop and deliver training materials and programs for site‑specific teams and management on sanitation protocols. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to workplace hygiene and sanitation.

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on program effectiveness to senior leadership. Manage relationships with external cleaning vendors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance and performance. Promote a culture of health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Health, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in corporate facilities management, sanitation operations, or a related hygiene role, with a focus on program management. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing large‑scale sanitation or cleaning programs. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, cleaning best practices, and sustainable facility management principles. Proven ability to manage projects remotely and lead cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in using project management software, virtual collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data‑driven recommendations.

Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Must be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
