Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on corporate governance, M&A, and commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable South African laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Admitted attorney with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, corporate finance, and regulatory matters.
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and manage complex legal issues independently.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a technology-driven or remote-first environment is highly advantageous.
