We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our GPS Sales Team.
In this role you will Support CIB Coverage and the wider GPS Sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities, jointly formulating client engagement strategy to deepen the HSBC cash management wallet globally Proactively collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to build and develop a deal pipeline that is coordinated with CIB and prioritized according to opportunity and value to HSBC Group Deepen customer relationships through championing business collaboration with key stakeholders including Global Trade Solutions (GTS) and Markets & Security Services (MSS) Work closely with the GPS Client Connectivity and Client Service teams to ensure smooth transition of client mandates into realized revenues Maintain comprehensive sales records in a timely manner within Group CRM platforms to allow tracking of sales performance and sales quality Contribute to constructive cross-country, cross-regional and cross-business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management Ensure effective sales suitability management, manage money laundering, counter‑terrorist financing, fraud, and reputational risks, and address any areas of concern in conjunction with line management and/or the appropriate department You should apply if you have Ideally completed a banking apprenticeship and ideally a successful degree in economics Professional experience in corporate client banking, corporate treasury, cash management and/or corporate customer service, especially in an international context, is an added value Confident appearance in front of customers and management with strong customer orientation and a strong communication personality with highly developed social and negotiation skills An independent, result-oriented working style, very good time and project management, resilience, mediation skills and enthusiasm Willingness to embrace technical and innovation developments Fluency in written and verbal professional English and German is mandatory What you’ll get in return The pay range for this role is 64,700 € – 97,000 € .

Global Payments Solutions (GPS) is one of HSBC's global product lines supporting Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB).
Our business operates in more than 55 countries and is uniquely positioned to help clients make and receive payments across borders and regulations in multiple currencies. The successful candidate will cover their own client portfolio of corporates.
Their responsibilities include expanding existing revenue streams as well as developing new ones by identifying and selling innovative Cash Management solutions to existing and new Germany-based CIB clients. The final compensation structure depends on qualifications and the resulting contractual grading.
