Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies.
• Manage all aspects of internal communications, including employee engagement initiatives and newsletters.
• Craft and disseminate external communications, including press releases, annual reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on communication strategies and reputational management.
• Oversee the company's online presence and social media communications strategy.
• Manage media relations and respond to press inquiries effectively.
• Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses during sensitive situations.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
• Analyze communication effectiveness and report on key metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing impactful communication strategies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
• Strong understanding of media relations, public affairs, and crisis communications.
• Experience with digital communication channels, social media management, and content strategy.
