You are expected to continuously develop both personally and professionally, deliver added value to all disciplines within the company, and contribute to the further growth of our office. /ppMain responsibilities are: /pulliKeeping a client portfolio of various types of client entities in legal good standing in accordance with the law. /liliDrafting and reviewing legal documentation of a general civil and corporate law nature (such as board and shareholders’ resolutions, power of attorneys, loan agreements, and contracts, etc.). /liliCoordinate the incorporation, maintenance, and/or dissolution of client companies. /liliWorking with potential clients on the client acceptance procedure and handling ongoing compliance reviews and procedures. /liliBuilding and fostering strong relationships with international clients. /liliGeneral communication/coordination with clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, banks, notaries, and authorities. /liliAdministrative handling of various legal and financial documents. /liliArranging, participating, and taking minutes of board, client, or shareholder meetings; /liliInvolvement in business development activities; /liliMentor, train, and motivate (junior) corporate lawyers and act as a sounding board. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pstrongHOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM? /strong /ppAs a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you need to manage ad-hoc activities, in addition to your intensive client contact and daily work.
