In return, we can offer career-long growth to all levels of recruiters. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategic hiring plans that align with business objectives. Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required. Additional Qualifications Prior experience recruiting in agency or in-house/corporate environments is required.

Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written. Strong sourcing skills, with an ability to effectively network within a professional community. Experience sourcing and hiring both engineering and sales professionals is preferred. A passion for driving business growth through talent acquisition.

Demonstrated experience in assessing, interviewing, and closing candidates. Ability to proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues. Ability to build relationships and partner with key stakeholders. A great sense of humour is appreciated! Why Join Us?
