Senior IT Business Analyst – Corporate IT

Responsibilities

• Serve as the interface between IT and internal clients by identifying, analyzing, researching, and studying needs; proposing alternatives and solutions; implementing improvements, new processes, and technologies.
• Analyze IT requests and elicit functional requirements.
• Apply and recommend optimal technology solutions for business areas.
• Participate in projects, breaking down phases and assigning activities while adhering to IT project management procedures.

Requirements

• Postgraduate studies in progress in Information Technology or related fields.
• Course or working knowledge of Intermediate Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes.
• Experience with ATP, customer master data, pricing, billing/invoicing, and price determination.
• Knowledge of SAP SD configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP SD integrations with other modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO).
• SAP MM (Materials Management - inventory / delivery).
• SAP FI (Financial Accounting / billing).
• SAP CO (Controlling).
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce.
• Project management.
• Agile methodologies.
• Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
