Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate and Financing (f/m/d) Join our team! Are you a team player, passionate about sustainability and dedicated to making a difference? Internal Legal Operations You collaborate closely with teams in finance, compliance, and investor relations to align legal requirements across the organization.

You can convey complex legal concepts clearly, lead and motivate senior teams, and foster cross-departmental cooperation. Mobility Benefit from subsidies for travel passes or work bikes. WHAT TO EXPECT? YOUR TASKS Ownership You drive and coordinate the legal workstream in complex transactions.

With full ownership over drafting, negotiating, and closing deals, you play a key role in shaping sunfire’s future. High-Level Governance Processes You take the lead in providing legal support for key governance processes - overseeing board meetings, shareholder meetings, and general assemblies.

Your work ensures decisions at the highest level run smoothly and are made on a solid legal foundation. Corporate Law and Regulation You act as a strategic advisor to management and leadership, supporting them with well-prepared documentation to enable sustainable decision-making aligned with good corporate governance.

You guide the organization on corporate governance, shareholder rights, and other legal frameworks. Staying ahead of regulatory developments in corporate and finance law is part of how you ensure we’re always prepared for future milestones. You build and optimize internal legal processes, templates, and policies.

You also implement shareholder requirements throughout the group and provide training to leadership to ensure understanding and compliance. YOUR PROFILE WHAT TO BRING? Education You have a very good university degree in law, business law, or related fields.

Work experience You have experience in a law firm, legal department, transaction support, legal operations, or similar, with knowledge of capital markets, M&A, or venture capital. Personality You bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Strong legal project management skills and a high affinity for structured processes and technology solutions are also essential. Language You have strong communication skills in English and German.
