We are the ideal employer for thirsty people who think in solutions, enjoy shaping a love brand and want to grow with us.At our location in Baar we are looking for you (m/f/x) as:SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONSSCOPE OF THE ROLEIn this role, you will define and drive Capri Sun’s global strategy across external and internal communications, with a clear focus on reputation, business priorities and effective issue management.You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping consistent narratives and ensuring strong positioning across markets and channels.A key part of this role is leading and controlling external communications and media relations, proactively shaping narratives, anticipating risks and handling sensitive topics with sound judgement and disciplined messaging.Drive employee engagement through clear internal communications and ensure impact through structured performance tracking and continuous optimisation.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and execute the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business prioritiesAdvise CEO and Executive Committee on positioning, messaging and reputationLead and drive external communications and media relations, building strong relationships with key journalists and stakeholdersProactively shape media narratives and manage sensitive topics with strong judgement and message disciplineTranslate complex topics (business, regulatory) into clear and credible messagingEnsure consistent communication across markets and provide guidance to key regionsOwn internal communications, ensuring clear, relevant and aligned messaging across the organisationLead key formats (e.g. town halls) and drive employee engagementOversee issue-related communication as part of broader corporate communicationsTrack communication effectiveness using clear KPIs and regularly report to Executive ManagementYOUR PROFILEDegree in Communications, Marketing or similar7+ years of experience in corporate communications in an international environmentStrong media instincts and judgement with proven experience in managing external communications and working with journalistsAbility to anticipate media dynamics, handle sensitive information and ensure disciplined and well-controlled messagingExperience advising senior stakeholders in complex or sensitive situationsFluency in English and German, French is a plusStrategic, hands-on and results-driven with a structured and resilient working styleStrong analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven communication managementExperience in FMCG / food & beverage is a plusWHAT YOU CAN EXPECTBroad variety of tasks and freedom to actLead a lean and hands-on communications teamPlenty of opportunities to challenge and drive things forwardEnjoy taking off together with motivated and professional colleaguesThe chance to shape a loved brand that makes people smile all around the worldAn established and growing company with a strong reputationAttractive compensation package and many great benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Our mission is to put a smile on 8 billion faces and we are led by our purpose to provide carefree moments to children all around the world.
