Our team brings together specialists from a broad range of disciplines.Key focus areas of our Corporate / M&A practiceCross‑border acquisitions, private equity investments, mergers, joint ventures and transactions in regulated marketsCorporate reorganisations and the design and optimisation of group structuresAdvising corporate bodies on strategic decisions and on complex issues of corporate governance, directors’ duties and complianceYour roleAs a (Senior) Transaction Lawyer you will be part of our wider Matter Optimisation Team and embedded within the Corporate / M&A practice in Munich.
You will work closely with Corporate / M&A fee earners on a wide variety of matters, and at the same time collaborate on a day‑to‑day basis with colleagues in our other Matter Optimisation teams including Project Management.

A key part of your role will be to coordinate and manage due diligence processes, from planning and set‑up through to reporting.
Your involvement will continue beyond the due diligence phase, for example in managing signing and closing processes and implementing post‑closing measures.You will have direct contact with clients and will make a significant contribution to the smooth and successful execution of cross‑border transactions.
