About the Role: We’re looking for a hands‑on Talent Manager to lead recruiting efforts across our Corporate and Specialty departments, including IT, Marketing, Inside Sales Leadership, Customer Care, and other key functions. This is a player‑coach role where you’ll lead and develop recruiters while also owning high‑impact requisitions yourself.
You’ll be responsible for keeping hiring organized, efficient, and aligned with the pace of our growth.
