We are looking for you to join our team in the Controlling Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Team Lead Corporate Controlling (f/m/d) as soon as possible. Your role in the Wolfpack: Lead and further develop the Corporate Controlling team, providing guidance, prioritization, and professional development.
What you bring: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling, or a comparable field. 7+ years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally in Group / Corporate Controlling within an international environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international corporate environment.

Oversee financial controlling activities across the corporate business, including product, supply chain, marketing, warehouse and distributions, and back office departments. Own and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes in close collaboration with senior management and functional leaders.
Analyze group financial performance, cost structures, and variance drivers; derive clear recommendations for management decision‑making. Ensure transparency and consistency of financial results across legal entities, regions, and functions. Act as a key business partner to Corporate functions (e.g.
Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) and Executive Leadership. Act as a key controller role in the inventory end‑to‑end lifecycle management, from product buy plan to inventory delivery and inventory management. Prepare and present management reports, board presentations, and ad‑hoc analyses for senior stakeholders.
Drive standardization and optimization of controlling processes, tools, and reporting standards at Group level. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data in line with Group Accounting and Corporate Finance guidelines.
Coordinate company‑wide financial modeling, scenario analyses, and strategic business cases (e.g. restructuring, investments, efficiency programs). Ensure compliance with internal controls, DOA processes, and corporate governance standards. Review contracts, investment proposals, purchase requests, and invoices from a Group Controlling perspective.
Lead risk assessments and support mitigation activities in alignment with Internal Control and Compliance. Drive digitalization and automation of Group Controlling reports and dashboards to enhance transparency and efficiency. Proven leadership experience or clear readiness to step into a people management role.
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and group consolidation logic. Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning at Group level. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear management insights.
Very strong business partnering skills and confident communication with senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting / BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong plus. Structured, detail‑oriented working style combined with a solution‑oriented mindset.
Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
