US Corporate Recruiter - REMOTE

Location: Makati City | Remote (M-F) - Onsite for the 1st month

About the role

Join TalentHero's dedicated Managed Delivery Pod supporting a leading US staffing partner. This mid-level recruiter role focuses on legal, corporate, finance, HR, operations, administrative, and other professional functions. This role is designed for recruiters with 2-3+ years of experience who can independently manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and shared services positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity.
• Meet agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

About you

• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience supporting the US market.
• Experience within a staffing agency or RPO environment is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience working with ATS platforms.
