About the role
This role manages full-cycle recruitment for professional and shared services positions across legal, HR, finance, operations, administrative, customer support, and related functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and professional networking
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against hiring requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity
- Manage multiple requisitions while meeting established KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and candidate-experience expectations
About you
- 2–3+ years of professional recruitment experience supporting the US market
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, or shared services roles
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience working in a staffing agency or RPO environment (nice-to-have)
- Experience recruiting for legal, paralegal, HR, finance/accounting, operations, administrative, customer support, or shared services roles (nice-to-have)
