Job Description Job Title: Treasury Sales Associate Corporate Title: Associate Location: Frankfurt Responsibilities As a Treasury Sales Associate (TSA) you will partner with Treasury Sales Officers (TSO) to deliver integrated treasury solutions to large corporate German‑based HQ clients.

The role involves client acquisition, deepening relationships, supporting research, and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) from planning to follow‑up.

Support sales through implementation by coordinating the CMP, focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through planning, calling, meeting preparation, delivery, and follow‑up. Partner with product specialists and support partners to develop strategies to grow revenue and deepen relationships with customized solutions.

Conduct industry, client, and prospect research to develop strategies and create proposals and pitchbooks for pre‑call planning. Maintain and log information around the execution of the client contact strategy. Participate in the contract management process when required. Contribute to credit facility activities.

Serve as a primary participant in annual review events. Research client information in preparation for receiving a Request for Proposal (RFP). Prepare materials to introduce new ideas, capabilities, and solutions to clients and prospects. Proactively inform and advise clients of enhancements and improvements in capabilities.

Support clients through implementation, onboarding, and training activities. Ensure the accuracy of sales data, managing pipelines, call reporting, and profitability reporting. Participate in in‑person calling activities and ad‑hoc direct sales opportunities with TSOs.

Leverage tools, systems, and resource sites to produce appropriate data based on call type, analyse the data, and share with the TSO. Ensure data integrity of sales reporting.

Experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, implementation, client service, or product functions. Strong business acumen, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and concise written and verbal communication. Strong presentation skills. Customer‑centric focus and a culture of compliance.

Fluency in English required; German language skills beneficial. Ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to learn and adapt.
