Collect and follow up on instructions Transmit instructions to our correspondents, Funds manager and/or other external parties, control of their safe delivery and acceptance Allocation to clients: Book corporate actions events in clients’ accounts (cash and/or securities) Review the overnight bookings Overall responsibilities Follow-up on various topics and issues over the lifecycle of a Corporate Action Interchange from one pool to the other, depending on needs Collaborate with others team members outside the assigned pool Core competencies Think in "Problem-Action-Results" terms Be proactive and driven Show strong client service ethic Maintain quality standards despite schedule pressures Highly organized, manage tight deadlines within a high-risk environment, ability to work under pressure Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify problems and propose solutions.

Daily business responsibilities Handle activities of one of the following pools: Receipt of information: Cross analyze information received: custodians swifts, agent/Funds prospectus and financial providers (such as Bloomberg, Telekurs) Create adequate corporate event in the corporate action database Answer to questions from Relationship Managers, other internal departments, external parties including clients.

Notification of information: Write announcement to Relationship Managers and Clients Instruction processing: Reconcile holdings, determine entitlements, manage pending positions.
