Express opinions and criticism in a constructive way Be a continuous learner Adaptability, self-motivation and teamwork Good understanding of the risks inherent to the corporate actions environment and demonstrate good discipline around control and escalation.
Daily business responsibilities Handle activities of one of the following pools: Receipt of information: Cross analyze information received: custodians swifts, agent/Funds prospectus and financial providers (such as Bloomberg, Telekurs) Create adequate corporate event in the corporate action database Answer to questions from Relationship Managers, other internal departments, external parties including clients.
Notification of information: Write announcement to Relationship Managers and Clients Instruction processing: Reconcile holdings, determine entitlements, manage pending positions.
Build lasting client relationships Consistently comply with internal & external regulations Core Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives #J-18808-Ljbffr
