As a Senior Supply Manager, you'll hold significant P&L responsibility, directly impacting our success through your decisions on margin optimization and supply quality. Your strategic insights won't just fill a database; they'll curate the experiences that define our customers' most important moments.

Your role Your core mission is to build, optimize, and scale our proprietary supply network, bridging the gap between commercial strategy and product excellence. You will directly influence our platform's capabilities and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial P&L Leadership: Own the margins and commissions generated from our supply base, strategically optimizing for maximum commercial success. Strategic Sourcing & Exclusive Partnerships: Proactively identify, vet, and secure exclusive, high-value partnerships through data-driven research and your deep industry knowledge.

Manage both outbound initiatives and selective inbound requests to build sustainable, long-term relationships. Your profile We seek a driven individual who combines a strong foundation in hospitality with razor-sharp business acumen and a passion for technology.

Hospitality Expertise, Business Acumen: You likely bring a background in the hospitality sector, demonstrating a clear trajectory into leadership roles with P&L responsibility, or advanced business qualifications (e.g., MBA).
