To complete the kitchen team of an establishment in the Jura, we are looking for a: Restaurant Manager / Head Chef at 100% We offer you the opportunity to join the leader in collective catering in Switzerland, providing attractive working conditions for its employees as well as advantageous social benefits.

Your role: You will hold a position of responsibility offering varied tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant independently while benefiting from the tools and support of a large group. As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, while managing budgets, inventories and orders.

You have a true team spirit, constant motivation and a strong taste for challenges. With consolidated turnover of over CHF 400 million, it is one of the largest catering groups in Switzerland. Its headquarters, located in Rolle (VD), brings together all administrative functions and employs more than a hundred staff.

You will ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunch services, as well as the distribution of meals. You will design and plan varied and balanced menus. During events within the establishment, you will ensure the smooth running of the service.

Accompanied by our dieticians, you guarantee quality and customer satisfaction, in strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Finally, you are responsible for organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, equipment and materials in accordance with the cleaning plan.

Your profile: You have proven experience in traditional and collective catering. Creative and innovative, you offer gourmet and original culinary services to energise the offer. Proactive, rigorous and with excellent organisational skills. Fluency in French is required. CFC cook qualification or equivalent title required.
