For one of our sites in Lausanne, we are actively seeking our future: Sous-chef - 100% - Corporate Division We offer you the opportunity to join the leader in collective catering in Switzerland, providing attractive working conditions to its employees as well as advantageous social benefits.
Your mission: - Carry out the production of hot and cold cuisine and the distribution of meals. - Plan menus, as well as catering and VIP offers in connection with the chef. - Replace the chef during their absences. - Ensure inventories, bookkeeping and invoice control. - Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of prepared dishes. - Follow up on orders and stock of goods. - Train and supervise the kitchen team. - Respect food hygiene rules to avoid endangering the health of staff and customers.
Your profile: - You have experience in collective catering and gastronomy. - You have excellent interpersonal skills. - You have team spirit, are motivated and enjoy challenges. - You are proactive, precise and have excellent organisational skills. - Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook or an equivalent qualification.
With consolidated turnover of over CHF 400 million, it is one of the largest catering groups in Switzerland. Its headquarters are located in Rolle (VD) and concentrate all its administrative services, employing more than a hundred staff members.
