ResponsibilitiesPrepare, analyze, and help explain historical and projected financial informationCreate financial modelsCoordinate and perform business due diligencePrepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other materialsValue companies and businessesLead the planning and execution of marketing engagementsBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, professional advisors, and other stakeholdersSupervise junior staff members in financial analysesAssist in the marketing and planning of engagementsRequirements / QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and EnglishYou will have a strong academic track record3–5 years of investment banking experience within either an M&A, generalist, or industry team.
