About the role

This role manages full-cycle recruitment for professional and shared services positions across legal, HR, finance, operations, administrative, customer support, and related functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and professional networking
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against hiring requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting established KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and candidate-experience expectations

About you

• 2–3+ years of professional recruitment experience supporting the US market
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, or shared services roles
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience working in a staffing agency or RPO environment (nice-to-have)
• Experience recruiting for legal, paralegal, HR, finance/accounting, operations, administrative, customer support, or shared services roles (nice-to-have)
