Overview In this role, you lead Lonza’s Corporate Finance function across Global Business Services, Accounting External Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and Process Excellence, reporting to the Group CFO. You drive finance transformation, governance, and strategic transactions, while shaping Lonza’s long-term financial strategy. You will manage a large global team and partner with executives to enable scalable, high-impact finance delivery. Verantwortungsbereiche Provide strategic leadership across Global Business Services, accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and process excellence Lead and develop a global senior leadership team of VPs Drive transformation of the global finance delivery model including offshoring/nearshoring Strengthen governance, controls, and standardization with Global Process Ownership Oversee group accounting and external reporting and engagement with auditors/regulators Guide tax, treasury, and risk management including transfer pricing, Pillar 2, liquidity and funding Support acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs with tailored financing and tax structures Develop end-to-end commercial offerings collaborating on pricing, revenue recognition, invoicing, and trade compliance Lead major enterprise transformation initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA implementation Act as trusted advisor to Group CFO

and senior leadership, representing Corporate Finance to committees and external stakeholders Zentrale Anforderungen 10+ years of senior Finance leadership experience across corporate finance, accounting, treasury, tax, or related functions 5–10 years of strategy and M SAP S/4HANA experience desirable Exceptional strategic and commercial acumen with ability to translate issues into decisions Strong executive presence and communication skills with ability to influence GCs, boards, auditors, regulators Master's degree in Business or related discipline; ACCA/CPA preferred Fluency in English; German a plus; experience in global/culturally diverse settings executive presence strategic thinking influencing and collaboration corporate finance financial governance and controls risk management
