Your responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a global category strategy for IT, e.g. software, IT services, and telecommunications, including market, supplier and risk analyses

• Management and development of strategic suppliers as well as leading international tenders, contract negotiations and price negotiations

• Realisation of TCO-driven and margin-enhancing cost savings

• Execution of global cross-functional procurement projects in demand and resource management in line with business requirements

• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and processes through the use of digital procurement and analytics tools, such as SAP and Coupa

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in strategic IT procurement as well as contract law

• Strong interest in new technologies and the ability to quickly adapt to changing market requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ideally experienced with SAP, Coupa, and AI tools

• Business fluent in English and fluent in German

• Strong intercultural skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with international stakeholders

• Effective communicator and results-driven team player with a proactive, independent, and accountable working style

• Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
