We are one of the leading boutiques for Venture Capital, M&A and Corporate/Tax in the German tech market, with legal and tax advice under one roof. We advise founders, investors and tech companies in the moments that determine their future: financing rounds from seed to pre-IPO, tech M&A and complex corporate law decisions that set the course for the future.

With offices in Munich and Berlin, the two most important German tech hubs, we support outstanding technologies and companies from a wide range of sectors at a very early stage, often long before they appear in the Handelsblatt. Many of our clients do, however, appear there fairly quickly afterwards.

We are not a big law machine. With us, you take on responsibility for client matters early on and work directly with founders and funds. And we equip you with modern, AI-supported tools so that your time is spent on judgment rather than conveyor-belt work.

What you will do

• You advise startups, founders and investors on VC financings — from seed to pre-IPO — and venture debt structures.

• You advise on tech M&A transactions, mainly on the sell-side and in complex multi-seller structures.

• You structure employee participation programs. We are among the pioneers in this field, and you will work at the forefront of developments.

• You provide ongoing advice on exciting corporate law matters, particularly in the area of AG/SE law.

You will experience the interplay between corporate and tax law every day - a learning opportunity that is difficult to find elsewhere. And you will work on what comes next: With the EU Inc., which is expected to become a reality in two to three years, an entirely new chapter in European venture capital is emerging. With us, you will be at the forefront of shaping it.

Who we are looking for

• Two above-average German state law examinations and an enthusiasm for complex structures.

• Ideally, prior experience in VC, M&A or General Corporate.

• Passion for transactional work and a sound business understanding.

• Strong communication skills and an interest in technology and the VC ecosystem.

• Ambition to be among the best in your field and a desire to build something together with the team.
