Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts. Experienced with online tools for sales and collaboration (e.g., Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, Zoominfo). Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Conduct discovery and demo calls, effectively qualifying and presenting our SaaS solutions to potential clients. Utilize Solution Selling techniques to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. Develop and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our solutions addressing critical business issues for prospects.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise/corporate accounts; preferably selling into life science organizations (R&D, Product Development, Post Market Surveillance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy). Confidence to sell to mid-level managers as well as VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.
Proven ability to close complex deals with larger organizations, from procurement to close. Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French strongly preferred. Strong inner drive and a proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas and goals. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others.
Highly coachable with a growth mindset and comfort in testing new approaches. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use words intentionally to gain insightful responses. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and remote environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
