Overview Managing and supporting corporate finance transactions for the Uniper Group in both debt and equity capital markets Playing an active role in further developing and refining Uniper’s engagement with key relationship partners Supporting the development of innovative, tailor‑made, ESG‑focused financing solutions to enable strategic investments and to support Uniper’s credit rating Managing and supporting project financings or structured financing projects with internal and external stakeholders Supporting reprivatization activities (potential sale to private investors and/or re‑IPO) of Uniper SE, as well as M&A projects of the Uniper Group from a financing and valuation perspective Structuring and preparing legal documentation for financing instruments, including syndicated and bilateral loans, bonds and private placements Preparing and delivering high‑quality decision papers for senior management and key governance bodies in a timely manner Requirements Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related discipline, with a focus on Finance or Banking Initial professional experience in corporate finance, including preparation and execution of transactions within a large international corporation, a global bank or a Big Four advisory firm Strong knowledge of international financial markets, with a strategic understanding of the energy sector, credit ratings and ESG requirements Interest in finance law, with experience in reviewing, assessing and negotiating financial documentation Highly developed analytical skills with a structured, solution‑oriented approach Team player with early experience in leading sub‑projects Strong communication and presentation skills Positive attitude to change, with the ability and willingness to drive initiatives Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Fluent English required; German is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
